Problems not mentioned too much pressure, bullying, overwork and a number of etc. We are behind on modern gear again.There is one simple common reason. The country is not making enough money in the right way to support itself adequately. There are lots of what are essentially none productive jobs around. Hang on why does it mention long waits? Many take out insurance as well as all costs may not be covered. One aspect of that is that if someone finds they need it that's too late. In an extreme way might be best to obtain it while in the womb. The age it's taken out has an effect. If there is previous health information around it wont cover any related problems.

The French also add a number of up front charges. An idea that has been toyed with here but only applied in one case. Dentists. The results didn't work out. Waiting rooms empty. The charge went up. Slowly the NHS treatments in this area have been made cheaper and cheaper in terms of solutions but they are still costly. I had a dentist that was very keen on the NHS. Fine but say you wanted a crown the cheapest possible type eventually gets used. Still costs and actually isn't all that short of private. Also something that has caused me lots of grief. Rules. I have a problem that goes way back due to a dentist having a bad day and more recently a new bloke that did something unwise. Interesting one that. Gov suggesting that dentists are all set up for some work so do some preventative work as well. It's cheaper.

But you can "grow" its economy, doing that: that's where the last shower's "growth" figures kept coming from.

Growing an economy means investing, in education and everything that supports it, from grassroots-level and from day one.
Not by cutting everything - pulling up the ladder behind you - and not by denying those who follow the opportunities and assistances that you benefitted from.

Yes, It's an implication of the changes. Fine for some city functions if it gains from other countries. Past that it's not an easy thing to look at but that is the main aspect. Futures for instance - gains are purely off us. The source gets it's money. Is that productive?

Mrs T - she was over the moon that some Japanese car companies came here. Best hope they stay and do try and get work actually done here. MG China - kit car company = far far fewer jobs. Moni's BMW made an effort. Some US have at times but have also moved stuff out.

Its convenient to pretend we only have a choice between Belgium and Guatemala and ignore the wide spectrum in between. LOL If that's aimed at me do bear in mind that the Tory have pointed out that the economy is out of balance. I've just pointed out the sort of thing they mean. Ok I chose cars but so what. I could also mention supply chains. Parts various things need.

Another issue with our experiences relates to growth we may have got. It may not relate to our productivity levels. In fact it can help some other countries.
