Copper's proper Plastic's fantastic

Seen both fail seen both last .......mice don't chew copper.

I'm not convinced by placcie but if the system is designed for it (do it like microbore- manifolds and long unjointed tube runs to each radiator or tap) then I can see the attraction (you can thread the stuff like cable so holes in joists rather than notches, no worries about setting the place on fire with the blowtorch, no noisy creaking pipes). I still prefer copper though & the cost saving for plastic isn't massive if you're DIYing

In the past, when working in areas so restricted that you can only get one hand into a void, I have managed to assemble speed fit joins where compression or soldered joints would have been impossible.

It seem they do, especially when they are dying of dehydration due to legal poisons and are desperate to find water.

I thought that most rat/mouse poisons were anticoagulants. Surely the poor blighters are too busy bleeding to death to become thirsty.

I believe some super-rats have developed resistance to anticoagulants (Warfarin) so acute poisons have to be used.

Plastic pipe has it limitations, any one interested in replumbing 200 apartments to provide a heating and domestic supply leak free environment.

After the initial 200 properties, there are another 2700 properties needing attention.Propertys are 14 years and suffering intermittent flooding/heating failure from poor plastic fit in walls, floors ceilings etc.

problem is existing pipes not secured and inserted push fittings just relying on other fittings to create some rigidity which is impossible and the push in fittings have dropped and **** out out water.

plastic plumbing thank you ££'£
