Coronavirus clap.

Walked round to the MILs to put her to bed, our nightly ritual, walked back the long way round and taken aback by the number of people out clapping, we will beat this together

Just watched it on the news and whilst it’s good to see so many thanking the NHS, I’m still concerned that it showed many people mainly in streets where they have a door opening onto the street or just a little way back and the neighbours are all well short of the recommended distance. Just have to wonder how many were infected tonight in this show of support. :(

Everybody cheers and claps for the nurses and other public services

One way or another

The best protection they have is for people to follow the government advice and stay at home.
That doesn't mean a trip to the seaside or the lake district is on the cards.

That only reduces the surge in numbers. So how does that advice help the staff wearing bin bags for protection?

So, is the clap on tonight or was last week the final one? I did see the woman who initiated the whole clapping movement say that last week should be the final clap. We'll see.

When this thread was resurrected, I looked at its title and thought it was something else to add to the list of symptoms:ROFLMAO::eek:

And keep washing your hands.

That only reduces the surge in numbers.

In the case of Taiwan, reduced the surge to (to all intents and purposes) bugger all.......
