1. Make bullying easier to do, and ignore it when it happens.
2. Politicise the Civil Service.

I don't think anyone got elected on the basis of being the best moaner against their opposition.
There's far too much of that.
What they're going to do from here on, is what matters.
Labour would do well to promote the likes of Rachel Reeves rather than Angela Raynor characters.
