Well done Pred - that's the question I've been asking the science bods - why didn't we do our thing an infinite time ago - why now? Something or someone must have made a conscious decision - let's call that 'thing' God. Now THAT makes sense.

I can understand where you are coming from. Truly!! It does not take much imagination to think as you do, so when you are unable to think things through and want a simple answer........god did it.. simples
 
Finite being will never understand an infinite universe. Why lose sleep over it. Just call it God.
 
No. Just whatever is behind the Universe in which we live.

Before the Big Bang we have Religion.

After the Big Bang we have Science.

They can happily co-exist in my head.

God is outside of time, eternal, God has always been God, forever and ever.
everlasting, infinite,limitless,all powerfull,all knowing,
time was made for us.mankind. to help us get are bearings i suppose.
