Did you find the video? I wonder what attempts the authorities have made to verify it. The behaviour of the immigrant in the video will be very familiar to many women in certain English towns. The authorities never do anything about this behaviour so I don't expect them to have done much about it in Liverpool.

I remember wondering around Rome and seeing how elegant and well presented the Italian city folk were. You could spot a Brit a mile off with their horrific bulldog leg tattoos and the obligatory sunburnt and top-less, 3/4 shorts rig.
