Interesting. Got anything to back any of that claptrap up with ?

Brexit is sorted, I don't hate anybody, but still waiting for the benefits.

If his case is so simple, and with the connections he has, he shouldn't even hesitate. Unless of course.....
Perhaps the Nat west should sue farage

They won’t

We have confidence in the lady they said

Well she resigned / was forced out with in hours :ROFLMAO:

For telling porkie pies

Doubt she will be the only one ?

Farage has uncovered a can of worms in the Nat west

Perhaps high profile customers will not want to be associated with
Them and bank else where ???

You hate any one who supported brexit

For "high-profile customers", read "attention whores".
Coutts would be right to avoid such types.
Even Fromage himself said on R5L this morning, "The first rule of banking is client confidentiality".

NF has a claim

Read the thread. I’ve posted it several times

A glide plan is a term from aviation that describes the gradual loss of altitude as you come in to land. It is also used in commercial/strategy/career etc

A gradual decline until you are out.

I'm not, it was engineered. https://www.coutts.com/become-a-client/private-form.html#:~:text=Eligibility questions&text=To open an account all,on your country of residence.

Not true - but we aren't talking about the equalities act here. Its the Payment Account Regulations Act.

Coutts would be nuts to test his claim.

the beeb disagrees with you as do most of the press.

They engineered the commercial glide plan. Obvious only a court can decide if it’s defamatory, but it certainly meets the test. Some of the claims are also higher level defamation, where the burden of disproof switches to the defendant.

Is it like your imaginary press release, which you kept going on about, but which in fact didn't exist?

It's as though he doesn't know himself.

Show me a post of yours that says what you think the grounds for a claim are.

I'm sure you know how to "quote," so do it.

Perhaps you'd like a brief to council too?

you can click the links to jump to the post.

read this too:

The primary issues: was the unlawful disclosure of personal data, breach of confidentiality which may have even been malicious given the "report". The defamation is almost irrelevant but it adds to the damages.

No, I just want to see a post, from you, that says "Farage can claim that he was defamed by X when they said Y."

Or perhaps you think that his claim is not for defamation?

So what is it?

Is it like your imaginary press release, which you kept going on about, but which in fact didn't exist?

Tell me what you think are his grounds for a claim and stop being silly.

I started clicking your links and found that they do not do that.
