It's all totally political really and some taking advantage of the previous restrictions.
For instance. Want to play golf, tennis. Find a partner - anyone but maintain social distancing. No different to standing in a spaced 2m queue. Squash probably isn't on.
Go fishing - unusual for people to fish less than 2m apart anyway. Always open air and usually much further apart.
Schools maybe opening for 1month for some years. Given social distancing problems in schools impossible in some ways and in real terms given number of teachers probably impossible to allow pupils to actually attend for a month. Might turn out to just be a few days in rotation. What good will that do really? Then tiny tots at school and what those classes get up to. ?????????????
Go to work - how if child care is needed? Couples can cope as one could work. They may well be already when possible.
Police expected to have to do more work so fines increased.

If you want to visit your parents, in the open air, maintaining a 2m distance, are you allowed to meet both parents? Or only one?

If you are a teacher, how many people not from your own household, and all from different households, are you allowed to spend all day with, indoors and without social distancing?
If you are in a public place, with numerous other people from different households, where social distancing is not possible, should you cover your face? Should you do it with an official face mask, or with a home-made piece of cloth?
Should you go to work if possible?
Should you avoid public transport if possible?
Should you travel to work by public transport if possible?
Specific no on just that question. Pass on how the police will handle that one.
Should people be permitted to enter the UK from foreign countries without going through quarantine?
Is France a foreign country?
Is the Republic of Ireland a foreign country?
