If I go to a rented property and issue a safety certificate for a back Boiler, passing it safe!
A day or so later someone dies of carbon monoxide poisoning, whats the likely outcome?

I would be banged away for a few years.

If this judge sees it safe to let this lad free on the streets. That lad then murders someone, the judge should be held responsible and serve a jail sentence.
