Goodnight Iran.

Like our SAS that is more likely to be information gathering than fighting. ...
Israel describe them as "raids"
And Israel has been outgunning Hezbollah since October 2023
In northern Israel, the ongoing conflict has forced approximately 96,000 individuals to leave their homes,[70][66] while in Lebanon, approximately 1 million individuals have been displaced,[71] with Hezbollah saying it would not stop attacks against Israel until it stops its attacks and military operations in Gaza.[72] Between 21 October 2023 and 20 February 2024, the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) recorded an estimated 7,948 incidents of artillery fire from the south of the Blue Line (from Israel to Lebanon) and 978 incidents of artillery fire from the northern side (from Lebanon to Israel)

On topic. As of ~11.15pm last night no comments from the US on Iran other than that they are talking to the Israeli.
The recent Israeli attacks on Hezbollah have significantly changed the dynamic in UK, USA, etc.
Although the conflict with Hezbollah are intricately linked to the attacks on Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank, Israel, USA, UK etc are describing them as separate and unconnected. They perceive them as solely retaliations against Hezbollah for their attacks on Israel.
Thus there has been a rebound in Netanyahu's popularity, and a significant shift in policy towards Israel's violence by UK and USA. They are no longer calling for restraint.

Yet more Israeli evacuation orders in S Lebanon. Seems there are 61 now. Could this indicate the intent to Gaza the area?

There has been one troop engagement near the boarder. Net result 3 dead Israeli and 18 injured followed by a withdrawal.

We are getting zero on the actual results of Iran's attack and still little on what will happen as a result. it seems France and the US intercepted some missiles but also reports of not all. US attitude - Israel has the right to defend itself.

Benj reckons he is going to move thousands of more troops up to the Lebanon boarder. Their stated IDF death count doesn't match earlier reports but maybe this is a new engagement.

During the last "war" Israel are said to have had a problem they didn't expect with tanks. They lost too many. Now?

Rockets from Lebanon are still arriving. Beirut seems to be being hit daily. The population seem firm on blaming Israel for the problem not Hezbollah. That seems to be a bit of a change. What you get if you hit densely populated areas.

It's interesting to wonder what an Israel Iran war would look like. If other countries bases and ships interfere would Iran hit those? It seems Iran does have decent air defences. If it has then Israel's usual idea of bombs and planes wont work out well. IDF boots on the ground in Iran? Starmer supports Israel's right to defend it self but adds don't miscalculate. That is likely to be our own military peoples opinion.

Meanwhile Israel continues to hit Gaza. Suppose the IDF raids also still continue in the west bank but no reports so pass.

American taxpayers...and since the RAF is involved in shooting down Iranian missiles, the UK taxpayer, too. No reduction in inflation anytime soon.
Should they not stop the missiles ?

Both sides are killing innocent people, you do see that ?
