Well, there was 8 years between realising that there was a problem and starting the campaign. Obviously other people are involved, but there is a massive difference between people working together and somebody manipulating somebody else.

Collaboration? Yes. Manipulation and abuse? No.

This is the same argument that is made against anybody at the moment that has opinions that do not align with others - rather than start a discussion, debate the issues, it is to attack the individuals, claim there is a bigger mind behind it all, say the person or people are victims etc. Trump does it, Boris has started doing it, the tabloids have been doing it for years.

Just accept that fact that she is passionate about the environment and is doing something about it, because she wants to, and feels she needs to. Just like everybody else. They all do it because they want to.

Now we have cleared that up, feel free to argue why what she is campaigning for is wrong etc. without attacking her.

is funny really. Ships were the first sustainable and green form of transport. Trees were grown specifically for ship building, then sails catch the wind and with that, we conquered the world.

No people are upset that some young lass in on a boat, rather than flying on a cheap airline or taking a diesel powered cruise liner.

Pretty sure the carbon footprint the boat she sailed on is far lower than that of any cruise liner or aircraft.
