You go to Uni - you come out with a debt of £27k. You go to prison and come out with no debt at all. That should be the other way around. Every prisoner should come out with the debt of their keep.

I'd take that offer all day long joe, as long as i end up on the wages needed before you pay that loan back.

We take it out of your benefits.
If you own a house - we sell the house. If you own a car we sell the car. If you don't like them apples - don't be a crim.

Thats why you went to prison then isnt it.

FFS you want both sides of the coin from the sound of it.

More like another spell inside is needed!

Over 70% in favour of the long drop with a short rope....it looks like there'll be nothing down for murdering scumbags if it ever does go to a referendum.
Which is why it never will.

You are just another waste of space - that's why this country is going down hill faster than your missus knickers

I wouldn't get too self righteous on libby.....we'll all be living next door to him on hooky street the way things are going.

I'd sooner live next door to Immy, at least he isn't a self proclaimed thief or dole bludger.

The death penalty should certainly be brought back. Not only this, but once a conviction is secured for a capital crime, the family of the victim(s) should be able to choose the method of execution, and even be allowed to carry out the punishment themselves.

So how would you have despatched the Birmingham 6 and the Guildford 4?

I don't think its entirely fair to use unsafe convictions from pre-dna evidence cases as a counter-argument to CP. Obviously, capital punishment could only be administered in cases where there is absolute proof (as opposed to 'sufficient evidence').
But, for the person who......
I'd choose lump hammer, and do it myself.

All convictions are unsafe if new evidence comes to light. It aint gonna happen - forget about it.
