Couldn't be anything to do with we've been in the EU and given the country away?
Look at the state of politics in this country run by bag handlers promoted above their station to politicians who have had the eu deciding direction of travel for God knows how many years, who given the opportunity to make policy are clueless due to the fact all that expertise has been lost over time of running a country.
I could never understand why we had so many mps in parliament when it was nothing more than a rubber stamping shop for EU directives.

News has it that Truss is meeting Graham Brady chairman of the 1922 comittee.
On some levels it's almost irrelevant. Often, in terms of how we're perceived, we're only as good as our last kick of the ball. And her most recent proverbial kicks have been pants.
I reckon she'll be gone by the weekend if not before.

More U turns that sounds like a plot. The fracking vote was a 3 line whip so if they didn't vote as wanted they should cease to be a Tory MP.
The plot - get some one to announce that it isn't a 3 line whip to create confusion to avoid loosing what may be a large number of MP's. Maybe 30 but numbers not clear yet. Seems the ones that didn't vote the right way will be disciplined. Maybe some will say Oh I was confused etc and Truss will say ok.
Anyway. The whip is back in office and there will be an enquiry into what went on in the lobby

Did you know that the new home secretary was campaigning to be the next PM. The scramble is on going. Seems there are 5 factions. Even Boris has piped up.

If some of the tv prog rumours are true, she wants to gauge from him what 'the mood of the party is' amongst other things.
