He hopes that vast quantities of irrelevant and misleading verbiage will exhaust anyone wishing to cut through to the key points (which he attempts to discredit by calling them "slogans" because they are concise and clear.)
Your slogans are eactly that, nothing but empty words. You've yet to provide a smidgeon of evidence to support youre empty slogans.
They may be concise, they may be clear, so that they'll appeal to those who have short attention spans, but they're incorrect, and they do nothing but foment hatred towards transgender people.

I accept that many on this site will not, or be incapable of, or can't be bothered, in reading and digesting the multitude of evidence, research data, scientific and medical opinions, etc, but a) it doesn't hide the fact that this evidence exists, b) it's all peer reviewed which gives it credibility, validity and accuracy, c) it proves your empty slogans are nothing but empty slogans, and d) it gives support to the right and proper legal rulings that transgender people have rights, which must and should be respected.

Nature and biology decides what sex your are.
Of course it does, but that 'sex' label is not limited to male or female. Those are just the legal choices available. And at birth, one of those choices has to be selected. The 'label' can not be omitted when the available choices do not meet the reality.

This is not the only scenario when the legal choices do not meet reality.
For instance, you could have a brilliant child prodigy that qualifies for university, but they can't attend because they're too young, not etitled to student funding, etc.
You could have another example where a child could qualify for an adult competition, but their age prevents them.

And also true.

A man is not a woman.

Your verbiage and obfuscation does not change that fact.
No one has ever argued that a man is a woman.
Your strawman argument is exactly that, a strawman argument, and a pointless empty slogan.
But a transwoman is a woman.

You mean a man who utters the words "I am a woman?"

No he isn't.

Magic words do not change your sex.

Are you pretending (again) you don't know what sex is? Or what a woman is?

You just did.
They're not magic words. Transwomen are not, and don't pretend to be magicians.
It's part of the process of being a tramswoman, and it's recognised in the process of obtaining a GRC.
evidence that you’ve lived in your affirmed gender for the last 2 years

Because you have an ideological objection to it, does not mean that transwomen do not exist.
They do, and they are recognised as women in the Equalities Act.

This looks like yet another case of people choosing which laws to respect and which to ignore.

Why would you waste your time reading through Dazzlers confirmation bias links.
We could end up with a 100 pages of yes but no buts as he/she reels off more links that supports his deviancies....... If you was to read them and point out the bias.
Ffs it's general discussion diynot.

A man does not commit any offence by entering a woman’s toilet. He may not have a right to do so.

He may be asked to leave or to use the loo provided from people of his sex. A GRC doesn’t change this, neither does lipstick and a frock. It is legal to exclude transgender people from service exclusively for people who occupy the sex from birth.

If I offer intimate waxing for woman, I have a right to refuse a back sack and crack on a trans person as they are not women. I can also refuse a Brazilian etc.

Changing your gender doesn’t grant you the right to protection from an equalities act perspective as if you hold the protected characteristics of those who have that sex. Trans people are protected from discrimination against trans people.

Trans people often suffer from mental illness and other health problems. Some of the drugs can increase the risk of cancer and cause other hormonal problems.
