A man does not commit any offence by entering a woman’s toilet. He may not have a right to do so.

He may be asked to leave or to use the loo provided from people of his sex.
Not on a whim, suspicion or feeling.
The space needs to be a lawfully designated single-sex space.

It is legal to exclude transgender people from service exclusively for people who occupy the sex from birth.
For very limited and exclusive reasons that are not based on a whim, a suspicion or a feeling.

If I offer intimate waxing for woman, I have a right to refuse a back sack and crack on a trans person as they are not women. I can also refuse a Brazilian etc.
Another opinion expressed on a wing and a prayer, with no research prior to expressing it.
Apart from doctors and nurses, beauty therapists are the only professionals who handle people's bodies in such an intimate way. However, once you've trained in male intimate waxing and publicise that you do it then you can't turn down a pre-operative (pre-op) trans woman who has male genitals.

Changing your gender doesn’t grant you the right to protection from an equalities act perspective as if you hold the protected characteristics of those who have that sex. Trans people are protected from discrimination against trans people.
That is not an accurate catch-all statement.
A transgender person will have the same sort of protections sometimes, even most times. But there are exeptions, e.g. some sports.

Trans people often suffer from mental illness and other health problems.
If you were born oin the wrong body, you would undoubtedly suffer some sort of problems.
If you were forced into performing the roles designated by society. against your wishes you would undoubtedly suffer some problems.

Some of the drugs can increase the risk of cancer and cause other hormonal problems.
Again, not an accurate statement. As proven by the recent analysis for exactly the same inaccurate statement that you made before.
Repeating inaccurate statements does not make them accurate.
For transwomen taking certain drugs in the process of being trans can increase their risk of breast cancer, compared to their risk as cisgender males.
Howver the risk of transmen taking drugs reduces the risk of breast cancer compared to cisgender women.

So swings and roundabouts, exactly as I explained before when you made the same inaccurate claim.

Some people wish it was different and accuse people of transphobia if they disagree.
And when people, who claim to know the law, intentionally present untrue, inaccurate or misleading statements. it probably is transphobia.

If you can't see the difference, that's not my problem.
If you refuse to see the difference, that's definitely a problem of yours.

You have to ask in who's name are laws passed by whom.
There are many laws passed that are not respected.
When MPs are elected, they have the authority to represent their constituents, all of them, in parliament.
Thye are not obliged to follow the wishes of a few of them.

Similarly, when you participate in an election, you are agreeing to the principle of a societal contract to respect the laws of parliament.

Well given the parliamentary situation is such given it's all time low of representing it's constitutes, then that is another offering up of scraping the barrel to justify laws that are not in keeping with the majority.
In fact it runs a bit deeper in how they enact laws to divide and rule, which go against your fantasy of an ' equal society'

Can we quote you on that, time and time again? :D

Course you can and the turnout at the next election will prove it to be true.
