"Theresa May will consider axeing the Human Rights Act after Brexit, despite promising she is “committed” to its protections, a minister has revealed.
The government will decide on the future of the landmark legislation once “the process of leaving the EU concludes”, a letter to a parliamentary inquiry says."
The Human rights act as it stands is no longer fit for purpose and is well past its sell by date.
With Brexit the UK will have the opportunity to create a new Human rights act designed for the 21st century, no more loopholes for foreign terrorist's to exploit.
A new HRA will put the rights of law abiding British citizens first and could become a template for other countries to adopt.

Tell me, which of its provisions do you disagree with?

Imprisonment without trial? Slavery? What?

Do you want to legalise torture?

Do you want to remove freedom of religion?

perhaps you want to remove all the rights, since you disapprove of them.

Tell me, which of its provisions do you disagree with?

Not so much the provisions but, for example, the interpretation of the 'right to family life' to prevent the effective removal of convicted criminals.

Or follow the Strasbourg Court's decisions regarding Abu Quatada.

How about a balancing "Human Responsibilities Act"?

Do you believe the made-up stories, like, for example, Theresa May's deliberate lie about the man with the cat?

This false propaganda is reliable as Buffoon Boris' deliberate lies about straight bananas.

Sadly, it works.

no it isn't.

But your ignorance of grammatical terms doesn't help you.

Well I bow to your superior grammatical knowledge but it doesn't change the fact that your question is, to say the least, pointless - you have stated that a story is made up and asked if I believe it.

To answer your questions directly:

you don't approve of courts, then.
Yes, in principle, believe in courts.

Do you believe the made-up stories
No, I don't believe in made up stories.

In the interests of accuracy,
This false propaganda is reliable as Buffoon Boris' deliberate lies about straight bananas
I think BJ talked about (incorrectly) quantity of bananas and then (incorrectly) curvature.

please can we have a bit off understanding here please
when we attack on the pointless detritas off life we are often judging others for having failings which i have many my diction my punctuation my ability to compose paragraghs or sentences is absolute carp it doesnt come naturally it need perhaps 10 times the effort via the way "wrongly spelt way line" or or multiple alterations to correct it
so can we please stop being quite so picky possibly condesending a wee bit and be a bit more understanding
yes we all get cheesed off with people we find with unhelpful veiws but that tends to be be life:D;);)

So if I bought a house to rent out for £150,000, how much 2nd property tax would I have to pay on top of the house price?

you mean, more homes come onto the owner-occupier market, more people get to buy their own homes, and the practice of regarding other people's homes as a profitable money-maker, diminishes.

Good news.
Not sure if its good or bad news, but investment properties were good and shortening chains and creating a buffer in the market. 2nd property taxes have substantially reduced market volume.

Less market volume is not good for people looking to buy or move up.

It doesn't affect lower price properties as much..
You'd pay 5K extra. Previously you'd pay £0

If you were investing in the SE, where a typical deal might be avg. £350k, Then its an extra 15,500 (7 x more than before).
