Insurance fraud?

I assume that your standard of luxury is a Fiat 127 :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Well then, tell us what YOUR standard(s) of "luxury" are. Tell us what features a car has to have, in your eyes, to qualify as a "luxury car".

You must be able to do that, as you're conducting your side of the debate logically, no?

That graph up there is pure fantasy from 2000 onwards.

Pure speculation.
They are sound, scientifically based, models of different scenarios.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that you personally know absolutely nothing about climatology, atmospheric science, etc, and that therefore when you make the claim that all the tens, hundreds of thousands of people who do actually know about it are wrong then:

a) it does really make you look incredibly foolish

b) you're just repeating lies told to you by other people who also know absolutely nothing about climatology & atmospheric sciences, which you have been credulous enough to swallow.

You wanting drastic climate change not to be happening is not enough to justify promulgating the lies of people who really do not have your interests at heart, nor will it change reality.

Stop listening to and repeating the words of liars.

I remember when the "scientists" started the disaster fairy tale in the 80s.
So far they haven't got one of their prediction right, not a single one.

Another gobsmacking untruth from you.

I remember the "experts" who said that in 2010 London would have tropical climate and be on the beach: they conned me!
Did they now.

Well - I'm sure you can prove that, and you really do need to, because I'm afraid that your credibility, as evinced by what you have said so far, is zero, and without proof of what you say no sane, intelligent person can believe a single thing you say.

If EV's are that good, then they will sell themselves
They are, and they will.

But some people, like you and johnny2007, are just so consumed with hatred of other people buying them that you shout, and lie, and lie, and shout, and shout, and lie, thinking somehow that if you shout loudly enough, and lie outrageously enough, reality will bend to your will.

Spoiler alert: It won't.

Prove me wrong then.
Take a video of your plastic battery on wheels doing 0-60mph.
I can guarantee you that it won't be any faster than 5 seconds.

I can guarantee it won't be faster than 5 seconds too! In fact, even the manufacturer guarantees that...:ROFLMAO:

Nope, count your posts... I've dipped in very occasionally, in a spare moment with you, it is an obsession.

If EV's are that good, then they will sell themselves, sliced bread does..

I can remember when some people said the same about mobile phones and microwaves...;)

I can't find it.

Where's the post from Nutjob saying that insurance companies are fraudulently buying EVs in order to fraudulently drive down the price of ICEVs so that they can fraudulently buy them cheap and sell them on somewhere else?

Do you think I should tell him that I heard that they are doing the same in reverse in other countries, and that ships full of fraudulent EV write-offs and fraudulent ICEV write-offs are plying back and forth in some enormous arbitrage scam devised by Warren Buffett, or should I keep shtum?

Exactly!
How come we didn't need any pressure to embrace the new technology of smartphones

Actually, plenty of folk were (and some still are) ideologically opposed to them.

and instead we're being forced into buying these plastic boxes on wheels powered by some super polluting batteries????
How come there's so much pressure to sell these fantastic cars that can go faster than a rocket, save the planet, save us money and make our life more comfortable?
Are we all stuck in the past and refusing progress?

Not all of us...;) However, pretty much every new technology has been opposed by some members of society:

"The horse is here to stay, but the automobile is only a novelty — a fad".
— Advice from a president of the Michigan Savings Bank to Henry Ford’s lawyer Horace Rackham.

The same happened with trains and aeroplanes too...
How many black and white tvs are still being watched?
I tell you how I see it, with help from my friend who got conned into leasing a Tesla:
All the fools who got conned into owning/leasing an EV cannot admit that they've been taken for a ride.
Their ego refuses to say "yes, we've been conned, admit it and move on".
It's a mental condition of being unable to say "I was wrong".

Your view and you're entitled to it, of course. However, I have neither leased nor bought the EV on my drive...:)
