I wonder how Sarah Everard's family are reacting to all this hysteria and protest that has been attached to her death. No comments in the media from them, unsurprisingly, as they're having to go through the grief of losing their daughter in a horrific way. I hope the media aren't camped outside their home.

I suspect they would have been pleased with the laying of flowers, but would they want the protests and associated media coverage? Did any of the protestors consider their feelings?

If I didn't and I fell in line with your thinking on this subject you would call me a hypocrite, because this affects the ones I love.
You don't need to bring differences in ethnicity into every conversation to profess your love for your offspring.
If you do, and you do, it suggests an underlying hidden agenda in your actions.

What'd your view on the link I posted about the Somalian rapist not being deported...???
I haven't seen any link. I've only seen your reference to the incident and I asked you for a link to the story.

consistent you very much the opposite.
Yes, you consistently bring ethnic differences into every discussion whenever remotely possible.
How do you think I am inconsistent?

How should a Catholic mother react when she finds out that her child has been raped by a Catholic priest.

She should strike the child, and say "you wicked girl (or boy), how dare you tell those horrible lies about Father O'Murphy? The devil is in you."

This is not a link. It's an obscure reference to something.
I have asked you what case you are referring to.
How do you think a rape victim feels when she sees left wing protesters disrupting a flight to deport rapist to Somalia...

Here's an idea...

Back in the days when I used to go out a fair bit there was a thing called a 'group of friends'.
At the end of an evening no-one was allowed to go home alone, even when not p*ssed.
But if circumstances made that impossible there was always a whip round for a cab.
This applied to both females and males!
And it didn't matter whether the area was perceived as 'dodgy' or not...

A bit of info handed down/drummed in to our kids, and as far as we know they follow that 'code'...
As I've mentioned in other topics, I suggested in another forum a few years back it would be sensible for women (and men) not to walk anywhere alone at night to enhance their security a bit.

I got banned for victim blaming ...

I have no Idea, would you know? I think these people are both Left and right who want to divide but have different agendas.
You have no idea who you are referring to when you say "it's in their interest to divide"?
Why make an assertion that they are wanting to divide us, when you have no idea who "they" are?
Is it the unicorns, the leprechauns, the fairies?
O some dark force in society? You'll be preaching from then old testament next.

Just a clipping for you

Last month protesters who stormed Stansted Airport to ground a flight deporting 25 criminals to Africa saw their convictions overturned.

Court of Appeal judges overruled the so-called 'Stansted 15,' convictions, stating they were wrongly charged as terrorists.

The group cut through the Essex airport's perimeter fence in March 2017 and took smiling selfies as they locked themselves together around a Boeing 767 jet chartered by the Home Office to transport people from UK detention centres for repatriation.

Thousands were delayed as airport security and police needed more than an hour to remove them before they were arrested.

Flights to Stansted had to be diverted including arrivals from Ibiza, Warsaw, Belfast, Bilbao, Murcia, Dublin and Berlin.

60 people were taken off the repatriation flight heading to Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone, including 25 criminals who had been imprisoned in the UK for offences including murder, child rape and grievous bodily harm.

I wonder what the views of the 15 are towards the goings on in Clapham over the last few days.

to be fair, and i'm not looking to start an argument having agreed with you earlier in this thread, the people that tend to object to things like rapists being deported are far more likely to be liberal or left wing than right.

Right wingers tend to believe in tougher punishments, not leniency, and are far less likely to protest, excluding the far right.
I'm just wondering why one has to be 'left wing' in order to be concerned about human rights...

Now I happen to think that the HRA is a good thing, however the way that it is interpreted is sometimes wrong...

There is a bill going through parliament as we speak which will severely restrict the right to protest...

Do you think all those protesting against that bill are 'left wing'?

Because if one believes that to be the case, by default the 'right wing' care not about democratic rights (amongst other things)...

And as history shows, we all know where that eventually leads!

I found it odd that thousands of pounds was spent on hundreds of bunches of flowers.

Surely it would be much more practical to make a donation to a charity helping victims of violence?

Did we know who the Secret police were.

If we knew why they where then we would be able to hold them accountable
