Its up to the skipper where he takes them. Malta would be the logical option. The problem arrises when the purpose of the vessel is to rescue migrants, rather than just a vessel that has given assistances as per SOLAS regs. They could actually get fined for trafficking.

If these rescue boats took them back to Libya, then the trafficking would stop, but now the traffickers don't even have to cover the cost of the passage, just enough to get them half way and in to danger.

I assumed there was as there was a media blackout on the trial. Which I've since learnt is a formality in order not to pervert the course of justice. I have no goal posts to move. It's the hard left on the ropes at the moment.

Interestingly, i noticed a media black out on reporting the London protest riots to free Tommy. The only mention I could find was in RT news, and of course alternative media outlets. Perhaps the BBC and other lefty outlets know they dare not try and spin this one. People have finally had enough of having the multicultural narrative shoved down their throats. Thousands cancelling their licence fee every week. It's all encouraging to see and about bloody time if you ask me.

There was a media black out about the reporting of the case, which was lifted once the trial was over which Robinson went to Leeds to report on. I assumed that the media had also not reported on Tommy Robinson's subsequent arrest and incarceration.

I am not trying to distract. I have been pointing out all along that you are incorrect about there being a media blackout about the Tommy prison riots. Not the court case, the RIOTS.
