Try Egypt.
We run to our meeting point 2 hours early and took cover in a hotel back in 2000.

We travelled from Cairo to Aswan by rail and bus, ate out in most places
You must look like a local then.
As soon as we left the resort I had a fight with a youngster trying to grab my wife's bottom.
500 yards later they tried to pickpocket me.
We sat at a cafe and every 6 seconds we had to say "no thanks" to all the beggars and sellers of rubbish.
For a coke and a coffee the asked us the equivalent of £100.
Went for a stroll in the market and those dirty men couldn't keep their eyes and hands off the wife. (Can't blame them considering that we didn't see any woman around)
I ended up punching two of them senseless and run to a taxi chased by a mob.
We didn't leave the resort after that apart for a trip to Cairo where things were more or less the same.
Our room was robbed just before we were leaving and the hotel manager refused to call the police.
We had to get on our flight, so no time to argue, I just left a nice present in the room.
Not happy about that, we returned a few years later in a different part of Egypt, same thing.
The country is not safe and people are horrible.
A former mate used to say he imagined the queen taking a sh*t, to remind him she was no different to anyone else. I don't think she saw herself as a superior human being, but thought it sad that someone had to be demeaned in that way. We live in a class and status obsessed society and that will never change, we can however through fair taxation ensure those less well off are given dignity and financial support.Not at all...
I guess you missed the 'whatever their status' bit
So who would you consider kowtowing to whatever their 'role'?

Whether you agree with it or not. No member of the royal family is any better (or worse) than anybody else. The class obsessed society only exists because people accept it.
In fact I know a lot of poorer, hard working individuals with more "class". I don't regard anybody as higher class than myself. They might do, but to me they are just equal people. I certainly don't and won't treat anybody better than anybody else just because of who they were born to.
I have the family shop to do on Saturday early bird, fingers crossed it'll be quieter than normal but never can tell on these odd days, then I daresay I'll have a tinker in the garage for the rest of the day, **** that ****!
@johnny2007 totally agree with you its a shytehole of a country that would rob the pennies off their own grannies eyes .
After checking it in i had to pay to get my camera back at the great pyramid and the egyptian museum .
Machine gun pointed at me by the tourist police demanding baksheesh and the cheeky git cuddling and thanking me afterwards .
See the locals trying to split pensioners up from tour groups at the pyramids and sphinx . Others come up behind you say a few words about what your looking at then demand money for telling you something . Every taxi driver no matter how nice they seem always wants to stop at his brothers shop so you can have a quick look and refreshing drink.. Oh and having to buy a couple of sheets of toilet paper at cairo airport just to have a crap

Traditionally, the Nobility are required to swear allegiance to the new monarch but on this occasion the only member of the Royal Family to do so will be William, Prince of Wales. If people wish to swear allegiance then they are free to do so - or not, as you like.
It's one of those where you're damned if you do...i don't feel any need to swear an oath but for people who're recent migrants it's meant to make them feel included in the ceremony as members of their adopted country and maybe some of them will.
