Yes.

If she gets a good lawyer I can’t see the hate aggravation element sticking.

I can’t see a motive of hate.
Calling for repatriation not hate?, not even Nige in his wettest dreams has called for that

If they want to argue an aggravated offence of hatred as the motive, they will need to establish a pattern of hate.
You mean like repetitive disinformation of RLNI providing a taxi service?
Or repetitive calling of foreigners as goat herders, carpet thieves, bed sheet and sandal wearers,?
Persistent criticism of foreigners for make-believe offences?
Or using phrases like "invaded by hordes of Arabs", etc.
Or how about the suggestion to bomb other countries back to the stone age?

All of these would count as a pattern of behaviour, based on hate, intended to foment racial hatred.

Other offenders committing the above with a hate motive have gone to prison.
You'd best watch out then, or delete your numerous posts claiming the RLNI are providing a taxi service.
And you'd best advise the others to curtail their repetitive posts stirring up community division.

I just encouraged you to read up on what is required to establish hate.
Have you read her entire post? All she said?
The one mentioned seems to be the one the BBC reported on - she said she thought it was true.
Anyway at the moment they are unlikely to try anyone unless guilt is sure for very obvious reasons.

She has been charged with publishing written material which was threatening, abusive or insulting intending thereby to stir up racial hatred or having regard to all the circumstances, whereby racial hatred was likely to be stirred up, contrary to section 19 of the Public Order Act 1986.

Nothing in the above to suggest they are arguing that the offence was aggravated by a hate motive.

See how simple it is. Stirling hatred and motive of hate are two specific things.

If they want to argue an aggravated offence of hatred as the motive, they will need to establish a pattern of hate.

Other offenders committing the above with a hate motive have gone to prison.
And you still can't see hate . Ok

Looks like the charge covers it.

Good job they know what they are on about

If you think her motive was hate. Let’s see the evidence.

Nobody is saying her post would not stir up racial hatred.

As I’ve said.

There are two steps.

The charge and the aggravation. So far we only have a charge for stirring hatred. We have not heard anyone say they are pushing for hate as an aggravated factor.

Some here don’t understand, or rather pretend not to when they misunderstand.

Except you.

You clearly said you couldn't see hate.

I never said her motive was hate, go back and read again. I never said anything about her motive. I just asked what would happen to her.

Then you got all excited.

You never did answer this either mbk.

You're not defending her are you ?
I’m never happy that people do stupid things and face criminal charges. But it’s right that she is being prosecuted.

Jew haters on this forum should pay attention.
