While I have no wish to "waste" £103 I'm erring towards an LDC - I really want to avoid any potential hassle (or get it out of the way before I build the thing). Also (and I may well be wrong), if I'm applying to build an outbuilding 1mm from a (presently) non existent extension doesn't it make it impossible to say it's too
near the house?
Yes, makes sense, it's just that I remember reading somewhere that you should build the PD parts first - but hopefully I'm barking up the wrong tree on that one.
