So you say 'wait and see', and yet there you are speculating about the reaction to possible events being the 'last straw' ...

You can't have it both ways!

And there are no mitigating circumstances for his repeated assault on the guy when he was on the ground!

No Mitigating circumstances ?? :ROFLMAO:

Yes there are ;)

He will be charged if its straight forward.

We will know if it's not

I suspect the court of public opinion will be his downfall
I suspect it will be background that we don't know about that makes it not straightforward. I don't think he's been charged (yet)

Video evidence looks damning, but it's not necessarily the full story.

We the electorate expect higher standards from our MPs - acting like the video shows , assuming it is him , suggests he’s not fit for office.

If he was my MP I would be suggesting he stood down as it sends all the wrong messages to the public about behaviour in public

You're probably right.

But I'd prefer to hear the full story before deciding anything.

So punching someone on the head, 3 times, whilst he was down on the floor, is acceptable, the mind boggles.
If your a labour mp and not a copper, beating on a Muslim at an airport, apparently. Tale of two tiers. Only joking.

If this guy was not an MP he would be condemned for an unprovoked attack based on the video evidence available so far. I would kick him out of the labour party, sack him as an MP and lock him up.

He is not fit to be in office.

Based on video evidence, not a magistrate or judge and jury, strange world you live in

Read the whole thing not just the bit you choose “ based on the video evidence available so far”. A magistrate, judge or jury consider evidence to arrive at a decision.
