Of course it is. I say the law is clear, you say I'm wrong. I ask you, specifically, why you think I'm wrong and, well, nothing.
 
Read s45 of the modern slavery act 2015. This defence is still valid to s24 imigragtion act 1971 offences. This is why you are wrong and why I have been clear when saying there are still a few exceptions.


The law is clear you just have no clue about it. But then why would you ?
 
That defence is specifically excluded in the new act,

(d)provides for protections and entitlements to assistance and support which are available to victims of modern slavery or human trafficking not to apply to persons who are subject to removal under this Act;
