It's very obvious that reaganandcarter doesn't really care about how foreigners arrive, nor how many drown trying, he just plainly hates foreigners, especially the ones with different skin colour.
If he had just sold it in one go and not announced it in advance he would have made a lot more money. It allowed every other gold buying nation that there was going to be a glut. That was the stupidest thing, and not far behind in stupidity was to continue selling as the price kept falling.. Buy on the dip, not sell, silly man.
