All dogs, like cars, can cause harm, no matter what the breed or make!
It's down to the dumb owner and how they treat the dog or drive the car.
Sure, there are certain types of breed of dogs which are more dangerous than others - but those are already banned in the UK. But I think you've been reading the Daily Mail too much. There are a few cases where dogs like Staffys are found to hurt kids and others but please also look at the type of person who tends to get those dogs. I think you'll find a stronger link in how the dog has been raised and the type of person who takes them on than the breed itself.
Treat a dog with kindness, respect, firmness, routine and lots of exercise and you'll have a fab, happy family dog.

You just sound like a daily mail headline cliche. Pretty much all dogs can harm as explained earlier.
I despise dogs that kill children too. I wish there was an aptitude test before people could own a dog.
