If you listen - you will hear it. I most recently heard it on BBC Asian radio - their phone-ins can be very informative when they are talking to each other.

Yes you need to do more work and listen a lot longer and to the right phone in subject, -- a clue for you --it wont come up if the subject is about cycling on pavements. But whilst you are listening you will also hear there is another very common phrase repeated which is "back Home" - and they do not mean bradford.

So what was the point in the clip form the Muslim council of Britain? I see no mention of them wanting to turn the UK into a Muslim land? Or do you just object to the use of the word land. Like this green and pleasant land?
