Ok, I'll play along. What did I do wrong during the process? Who was there to advise me on the process? How did the employee take it? When was it and what was the legislation in force at the time?

There is already no time limits on constructive dismissal due to discrimination on grounds of sex, religion, race etc etc

Labour will make (public sector) working tolerable once again. Under the Tories it was utterly shít.

Brother works for the council. Hasn't noticed any difference whether it's New Washes Whiter Labour, Tories or Old Labour in charge. Still really good pay, lots of hols, no stress, working from home, great pension and early retirement. Nothing's changed.

My wife works in Education. The last decade has been miserable, long hours graft.
