Alan Johnson was the first person to use the term 'hostile'.

So both main parties are to blame.

Immigration was the factor to Brexit. If the UK government, Labour and Conservative, had used transition provisions along with the correct measures to stop illegal immigration, we wouldnt be where we are now.

Yes, we know lots of the Quitters are anti-foreigner. Many of them brag about it, and their hatred was whipped up by their right-wing media. Many of them are ignorant of the terms of the EU Freedom of Movement policy, and the UK government's decision not to enforce it. Some of them are so stupid that they think leaving the EU will change the number of Indian, Chinese and other non-EU people that our government chooses to allow into the UK. Can you imagine such ignorance?

But I'm willing to believe they are not all RWRs.

What utter rubbish.

A small minority of people in th UK are anti foreigner. A small minority also voted leave.

A large number of people are worried about sustained levels of Immigration (which may be misguided, but thats another discussion).

You obviously spend far too much time wrapped up in your little bubble and have lost sight of reality.

You like to take the moral high ground, but in fact your intolerance of anybody with different views is nothing to be proud of.

It was I suppose too much to ask whether the usual suspects would understand the consequences of this Home Office data 'opt out'...

Because none of you idiots will actually be able to prove you are 'british'!

If the state is not obliged to provide you with the information regarding your residential status, then they can decline anything related to that status at will.

Although thinking about it maybe there should be a 'brexshit box' introduced on all official forms.

If you voted to leave you go to the end of the NHS queue, and pay an extra brexshit tax in lieu of the money promised on that bus ;)

can you tell me please exactly what measures or legislation labour introduced in relation to make things up towards or as hostile as the tory measures ??

Indians and the Chinese have always been great addition to this country never hear a beep outt of them. Never hear them complain never throwing the dummy out mixing & socialising with us

What’s is your problem??? Hypocrite. You call others racist. .,, try looking at yourself

my problem is the loathsome handful of RWRs who are anti-foreigner, anti-immigrant and anti-refugee, and the persistent hatred they spread..

John
I think you spread this hatred. You think your a good guy. But your not !

You say your a friend of the foreigner, but your constantly telling them that people who don’t hate them , do actually hate them. All this is with out really knowing the person (s) that you accuse of hatred.

You need a good look at yourself John.

Hypocrisy alert!

1. Factually incorrect. John is not telling foreigners that some RWR hate them. He is reminding those very RWR that their political beliefs are built upon hatred.
2. One does not need to 'know' someone to discern their political beliefs. I do not now Nigel Farage, but he is "well-known" for his political beliefs.

In conclusion, the only two sentences of Bodd's that have any basis in reality have been proven to be factually incorrect, therefore baseless.
The rest of Bodd's comments are pure speculation with a lot of hypocrisy built in.
What is more, these are hypocritical comments from one who recently spent many pages trying to convince the forum that he is not racist. (not to mention his previous form for deception.)

Unsurprisingly, Bodd is another plumber.
