600 crossed the English channel today.
With the arrival of better weather and the fact the migrants are using bigger and faster boats, the outlook doesn't look good.
If any should be deported to Rwanda it should be Pritti Patel, she is completely out of her depth.
I am surprised no one has been blaming Putin for this debacle yet.

Would you risk your life crossing the channel in an overloaded dingy, if having survived the crossing you were quite likely to end up being deported to Rwanda? I don't think any sensible person would, therefore it solves the issue at a stroke. The only cost will be the cost of sending those who are already here plus any new arrivals who were oblivious of the new rules.

Simple solution to a complex problem Mk1.

Why not just cut off the revenue to the law firms that fight the cause of these economic migrants???

Why not just remove the right to free legal advice from anyone that lands on a Kent beach with (surprisingly) no documentation?

Is it just me? I think not.

Why can't we amend the laws ever so slightly, to make any lawyer fighting on the behalf of an asylum seeking economic migrant liable for the costs involved in supporting THEIR client whilst the battle is fought?

Are these people coming here for their safety? Or are they coming here because our system draws them to us like a magnet???

It means they don't into the UK unless they really are genuine and not simply economic migrants. Good enough for me - what seems to be a workable solution at last.

just because children are taught it in schools does not mean 40% of the population are using English everyday

French is the most common foreign language taught in UK -how often have you ever heard an English person speak French

eh do british kids get taught their entire curriculum day in day out in french for the 9 years they are at school . No they do 1 hour a week and then in the majority its for only a couple of years so your stupid reply makes no sense whatsoever . keep digging

The French now know as they assist the migrants to get into British waters that said migrants could end up in Rwanda
