that you need to read all of it including the caps and the section "If your landlord has spent money on your home". e.g. "You will not get any discount if your landlord has spent more money than your home is now worth."

So again... according to your 30 year plan. Each unit has £46k per year avg maintenance spent. To qualify for 70% discount the value must be bellow £135k. if the landlord has spent the avg over the last 3 years (and the rule is 10 years+) No discount for you.

Again - nobody is getting 70% discount.

You can't prove that, max discount is 70%. Here's one I've just done for a Birmingham address. Try it yourself.
