It will be interesting to see how it works out in the long term. USA is embarking on a decades long global struggle with China. Do USA allies want an irrational partner. Will some, very slowly, start to gravitate towards China.

The same terms were there to be agreed in May, but he didn't want that. Few more innocents out of the way first...
It's not Netanyahu who's suddenly come up with extra demands, it's Hamas. Even the BBC are reporting this.
He won't get thrown in jail, only in your dreams.
