Police Brutality

It seems to me most of the "Give her a kicking' crowd only support the police because they are against this particular demonstration. You've got to look past that and consider a demonstration that you did believe in - such as the Poll Tax demos. Would you still like members of that group to be assaulted for making a legal protest? It's not about this particular group of people but the whole UK population.
I note that the Police didn't get nasty when that group of Muslims demonstrated against the UK troops down Swindon way. Too damned scared of the race card being waved.

Exactly they should have had a kicking to (muslim's), if you turn up at a demo about poll tax , which I refused to pay at the time , expect it to get violent , all of these demo's get hijacked by some as an excuse for trouble , ultimately violence or the threat of violence solve's alot of problem's , & if it does not than they were not violent enough , how many at a demo would go to the aide of a police officer getting a kicking all ? some? none??

Murder involves a premeditated intent to kill.

?

it does. And Manslaugher is the killing of someone withour intent.

Tomlinsons killer committed Manslaughter, De Mendez's killer committed murder. And they should both have stood trial, because if you or me had been responsible for either death, we woudl have. The police MUST be subject to the same laws as us. They CANNOT be exempt.

Tomlinson's death was found not to be because of the actions of the police.
I am guessing that is why he wasn't charged with manslaughter.

Hypothetical question for you.. If I get a 6inch nail and ram it within ...say , 2mm away from someones medulla oblongata...but not enough to kill them, and then later on you came home to find him standing on your doorstep with no physical marks to show of his injury and after asking him to move many times do you can get in, you push past him and knock that last 2mm causing him to die....is THAT manslaughter?

Please answer that in isolation to the G20 stuff...

Legal protest???

Where the hell were you??

A bunch of scam artists didn't want a tax that was fair because it made everyone pay the same for the same services. In affect these were RIOTS AGAINST EQUALITY....

Sickening scum that they were.

Accidental death...

All they had to do was rename it Council Tax and everyone's paid it ever since.

Exactly!....and some people want the police to just 'move them away'. The officers in that clip where in a real dangerous situation.

He didn't push past him though did he? He attacked him and forced him to the ground.

And you think that wasnt the establishment closing ranks and whitewashing it ? I bet you think Dr David Kelly committed suicide as well.

Can be, manslaughter is unlawful killing without intent. Since you drove the original nails in, if he dies within a year and a day then it can be laid at your door.

Can't you read mate? There wasn't a nail in Ian's head either, I was talking about a seperate hypothetical..if you don't wanna answer, don't, but don't talk crap.

You are comparing apples and lemons. It means nothing. Tomlinson was attacked from behind by a gutless coward. The autopsy found nothing (surprise surprise). Whitewash.

Not, I believe that someone with PROVEN history of illness, heart problems and alcohol abuse dying in the middle of a protest/riot is very plausible...without a push being to life/death event.

Indeed, but would think this fair if you were the person just trying to get into their home? Would you accept the Manslaughter sentence?

I am asking you to answer a hypothetical...do you even know what that means? If you are having trouble answering an honest question it is normally because you realise it will reveal something you want to remain hidden.

Stick to the topic. Your hypothetical is just palin silly. (Bit like you really)
