Racism these days is an industry, a thriving industry that provides livelihoods for a lot of people. A report suggesting that the problem isn't as 'prevalent' as they suggest is a threat to that livelihood.

If that were the case, racism would have been invented by such people. Those people would seek to perpetuate racism.

UK Parliament has legislated in an attempt to reduce racism. Police investigate racially aggravated crimes. The justice system deals with racially aggravated hate crimes.

Are those systems and these incidences part of your great conspiracy of an industry thriving on invented racism?

Evidently, reports of racially aggravated crime is on the increase, yet a) you claim that it's just a thriving industry, providing employment opportunities for many, and b) that the report suggests that racism is decreasing.
Yet all official reports suggest that since the Brexit referendum, racially aggravate incidences have increased.
But you are suggesting the exact opposite.
Who are we to believe.

You quoted around 30 cases, there are around 70 million people in the UK.
