posting a persons Twitter name is not posting defamatory material….it can only take you to that persons Twitter account.


So I will ask again……please explain how somebody can get sued for posting the name of someone’s Twitter account.

Course not, mentioning an account is absolutely fine, linking directly to libelous material may be more of a problem. But, in reality, that is unlikely to be an issue either.
