Yes I see your point re table 7.1. Particular since the OSG is a pretty terrible specimen when it comes to completeness.

Might have thought though that since they start by considering TNCS TNS and TT as possible cases when table 7.1 would be useful, they might at least include a note to explain how. Looks as though a whole column is missing.

In the opinion of the Author, this attitude is incorrect.
 
Which attitude is incorrect? There seen to be several mentioned. More contradictions.
