Savile again

Yesterday, Commander Peter Spindler, Scotland Yard's head of specialist crime investigations, said the abuse appeared to have been on a ”national scale“.

He told the BBC: ”At this stage it is quite clear from what women are telling us that Savile was a predatory sex offender.“

Are you suggesting that Saville sh@gged Anne Frank, and she's written about it in her diary?

Not in the news clip i just watched of him.

However, based on your comment, do you think it is safe to have someone lead an inquiry who has openly shown he has already decided on the outcome - before it even starts?
{and this applies to any inquiry/investigation).

I think it's time for you to stop making yourself look so foolish now. Have you no shame?

I've said it before - there is no room for any reasonable doubt now. You can argue about the actual numbers, but the fact still remains that Saville was a prolific practising paedophile. Game over, end of!

I'll take that as a yes then.

Funny how you want due process when it suits you.

Due process applies to the living.
And there are plenty of people still living involved or potentially involved in these allegations. They ALL have a right to expect those looking into the allegations to remain impartial.

Of course they do. Have you seen any police statements that imply anything other than that?

At this stage it is quite clear from what women are telling us that Savile was a predatory sex offender.

Well that particular statement refers to a dead man.
So how does that mean that the living won't get a fair investigation?

FFS, you're hard work.
What was the question?
So the investigator decides before investigating and you infer he'll be fair?

As i said. Due process:
the official and proper way of doing things in a legal case.
