Not at present. Countries like Poland and CZ haven't bought into the net zero tyranny yet. Countries like France have made a start with Crit air, but it's only a problem in a handful of cities. Over 99% of the country has no restrictions. They seem to have an ageing national fleet of cars similar to ours, if not older.

1) Low emission zones are about pollution - oxides of nitrogen, particulates, etc, not climate change.

2) Neither low emission zones nor Net Zero are "tyrannies", but you are one of the unfortunates who won't accept that.

3) It really doesn't matter one iota what you think of either of them
