Semi-chased cables in kitchen - is this allowed?

No value in you getting all uppity against someone who calls you out on "your opinion", b-a-s.

Thripster's just as entitled to his opinion.

I see the points being made by the pro sparks here that, while not being perfect, the routing of cables behind kitchen units in this way is a) valid, b) compliant and c) commonplace.

All that we now seem to be left with is you disagreeing - that's fine, but simply continuing to repeat the same point does nothing to reinforce your argument.

So he's entitled to write this:confused:
TARD

I take it therefore that you are dressed in trunking or conduit.

I'm sure it is all 3.

It is also (d) Ugly and lazy.

And it remains ugly and lazy even when it's behind units.

I know, B-A-S. I read the last half-dozen posts where you made the same point.

So is my mother in law. She is still legal.
That is such a broken analogy I wonder if you are being deliberately obtuse.

The original question was:
My question re the first two pics is whether this is normal / good practise / compliant?
Where have I suggested anything other than yes to the last one?

Plenty of people have said yes/yes/yes - I don't accept the middle one.

So nothing of importance then. Cheers for clearing that up.
