The thing about the Chinese solution is - what does the state do in the event of unlicensed children?

Simple, put them up for adoption, there are plenty of couples who would jump at the chance of adopting a baby.
Better for the child and less costly for the country in the long run.
Problem solved in a generation.

I think in the first instance they have to be chafed with murder but if the didn't meanto kill them then it's manslaughter but you can still get life for that and if they did it just to get a bigger house then they are beneath contempt because they've put property before life shame anthem I hope this haunts them every day for the test oftheir lives.
