This will include everyone who receives state pension as well as child benefit - that is way more than 14% of those over 18.

The scope is not people in education or using NHS.

The population of England is about 56million, of which about 45million are over 18.
Assuming that only over 18s can claim any benefit, that makes about 80% of the population is over 18 and able to claim benefits.
If we extrapolate that proportion to UK figures, with UK population at about 67million, we get about 54million over 18 in UK.
We know how many people receive some sort of benefit:

I'm sure you will see at a glance that far more than 14% of people over 18 in UK receive some sort of benefit. In fact it's about 41%.

I see you're still making basic maths errors.

If there are 10 goups of items, you can't add three of them together to get the total of all items.

Where did I say that? What is the proportion of that 'healthcare' section of your pie chart spent og the ageing population? If you don’t know, just say, don't insinuate. While you’re checking, can you tell us the percentage of that section that is spent on people that have entered the country, not paid in and entered the country as a potential refugee.
