Someone is trying to start a war in the Ukraine, It's NOT Russia (edit: yes it is)

Your English is letting you down. It can be hard when its not your first language.

Yes, I'm a Russian agent sponsored by China and get my best perks from N Korea and had my initial training with MI6 whilst at Oxford. I then went to the USA and had a 24 hour intensive itel training course met with the president who gave me a medal for the best USA spy he had ever met. I then worked for
Grey Ops GB Intel and offshoot of M16 and was then headhunted by Russia and China and chose Russia as my sponsor. The clown Boris
is phoning me today to seek my advice re partygate. Putin then flies in secretly to my London home for advice on how to make him look more friendly and credible. After that, I may watch a Rambo movie.

Thanks

So after 32 pages..The title of this thread is in fact entirely wrong. Russia is starting a war with Ukraine.

Not really. The shooting at each other has been going on for a long time. It may stop now. What has changed is who the Ukraine would be shooting at now if they continue.

What really matter is what comes next. I had hoped there would be a true diplomatic solution. Looks less likely now based on the current usual suspects spoutings. Boris's comments are stupid. He's going somewhat nuclear anyway and we don't use much Russian gas. Look forwards to further increases in gas and crude prices if things go as they might. In fact given how markets work that may be happening already. Clearly current sanctions against Russia are not stopping all of their exports. Worth bearing in mind and why. The importing USA and UK black holes don't give 2 hoots but some countries and groups do not run like that. It's said Putin wants to break up Europe what that means really is Europe has different aims to the USA. True Putin will probably consider this aspect. The EU may well too.

The USA have shouted Russia has broken Minsk. Well everyone knows it hasn't worked and that Ukraine is dead set against it. The USA had zero to do with formulating it.

It's probably safe to assume that the "new republics" have been pushed back. This is what Minsk was about. A treaty to end the killing. There have been reports that Ukraine has moved heavier weapons into populated areas. Russia have moved 1,000's out. Numbers probably a token really. Mixing civilians in with weapons isn't that unusual. It crops up on the news now and again. When regimes are changed it's not uncommon for 100,000's of civilians to be killed as well when the west is involved. Politicians know this. Do they care?

It seems to me that Putin is making another preplanned move in his overall strategy by recognising the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (collectively known as the Donbas): it's like the Russians are playing 3D chess and NATO is learning how to play tiddlywinks.

The Humanitarian was so sure. He had a source too:whistle:

Unfortunately his source was Dave, the labourer they started 2 months back... Dave only left school a couple years back but he watches absolutely loads of videos on Youtube and Twitch TV from other clueless idiots and he's on that Twitter all the time, so he surely knows.

The OP has been cataclysmically and comedically wrong from the start of the thread, along with an army of other West hating useful idiots... rather than reflect on this and realise he's actually not that smart or informed on the situation, he will either now pivot to justifying the invasion, blaming the West or pretend he was never giving full-blooded support to Putin the whole time.

The invasion which he had denied was happening has got him wobbled, I see his posts in the past page or two have became more erratic with his English becoming more broken as he scrabbles to find his footing.

As some backwards clown called me a "Russian agent" that made me think a little harder.

It sounds far fetched but I believe the Russians have dirt on most of the leaders around the world hence their unwillingness
to put in place meaningful restrictions on Putin and his cronies before the two states were recognised by putin. IMO that
is were the real agents are that have allowed this to happen yet again.

Thanks

PS: The French guy is calling me for advice, must dash

I know the situation is grave but sometimes a little humour can ease the tension:

Here's a little story I heard today:

Vladimir Putin , to get on the good side of voters, goes to visit a school in Moscow to have a chat with the kids.
He talks to them about how Russia is a powerful nation and how he wants the best for the people.

At the end of the talk there is time for some question from the students.

Sasha puts her hand up and says I have two questions - Why did Russia take Crimea and why are we sending troops to the Ukrainian border?

Good questions replies Putin but before he can answer the bell goes and everyone goes for lunch!

When they come back they sit down and there is now time for some more questions:

Another girl, Misha, puts her hand up and says Mr. Putin I have four questions.

1.Why did Russia invade Crimea?

2. Why are we sending troops to the Ukraine?

3. Why did the lunch bell go twenty minutes early?

4. And where the **** is Sasha.

Germany needs to get on board and stop funding the Russian invasion by purchasing Gas at eye watering prices from Russia. Just something rather sinister about the German attitude at the moment, are they in cahoots?
It isn't just gas that Germany gets from Russia.
They import oil and coal as well.
The facts are that the German economy would tank without them and they can't be replaced in the short term by American imports, despite what some people say.

The stage seems to be set for Russia to maybe having some collateral damage problems. Might some leader think that's interesting and start using their toys on Russian soldiers or areas that Russia now see as independent states?

It is interesting that the Olympics have ended also that Boris will still be interested in a new headline news item rather than you now what. It's even been said that a leader change will all of this is going on doesn't make sense. A barrage of sanctions. It involving 3 people who are not the richest in Europe by any means and some Russian banks.

Nord Stream 2 announcement. Nothing new. It had already been halted. Maybe Germans wont realise that. It could have been completed a while ago, The change of direction on it was one of the initial reasons for gas prices to increase.
