Some time ago I was nosing at trading associations. Russia was in one covering that general area.

Lunchtime news - shares etc fall. Crude up again and if correct gas off up like a rocket.

Putin seemed to be making their use nukes noises. Ours as expected are rather verbose. Theirs is pretty simple - loosely anything causing the end of Russia as they see it. Last part added by me as not clear.

NATO sending more troupes to the countries that are concerned about the situation. I really do hope that doesn't backfire.

Despite extensive diplomatic attempts failing heard yet again. Pass all we have heard is no, no, no ............................ Yes might not have made any difference anyway.

No one still knows what Putin's end intentions are. Security wise he might like the Kherson Oblast area of Ukraine; It fits in well with Crimea. Next along the cost is Moldova.A bit of a bent place some years ago with no recent info. NATO member as well.
 
Watching a live stream on tiktok now, a middle aged chap walking along streets in Russia commenting how so many people oppose what is going on in Ukraine, he claims 95% of all public oppose, but of course noone can publicly protest as they do not want to end up in the police car and never come home.

Shameful.

Odd that the BBC had various responses to the question. Why try and get news from daft places? If I asked enough people if we should nuke russia I am sure some would say yes. Or any other stupid question. Just ask more and more until you get the answer you want.

What the beeb man said was that he thought that people who watched state TV were ok with it. Those that watched the internet were not. Indicating he had problems finding many that were not or even prepared to talk to him.
