Started My Diet...

oh buggery... only lost 0.5lb this week... :cry:
serves me right for trying something different.. :rolleyes: :evil:

I had 2 lots of pasta this week, one with meatballs, and 2 lots of slow cooker stew.. ( lean beef with all the fat trimmed off and plenty of veg etc. ), and some microwave rice and veg etc..
I also started having a bacon sandwhich for breakfast ( 2 medalions trimmed of all fat and grilled on 1 slice of wholewheat bread.. )..
I guess it's back to scrambled eggs and fruit for breakfast, beans or spaghetti for dinner and a roast chicken dinner every night as that's what I was eating when I was on the big loss weeks..

At least you lost something, my diets almost over before it started.

Can of coke and cashew nuts for dessert :oops: .

At least they weren't salted and roasted in oil.

back on the "roast chicken dinner with lots of veg every night" diet and it's paid off...

-5lbs this week.. :mrgreen:

got my 3.5stone award and my "club 10" ( that's when you lose 10% of your starting weight.. )

Half a pund? What's that? 8 Ounces? 0.22Kg? Half a pint of water? Not very much then.

Long term it seems you are still heading in the right direction.

damn spelling errors.. I meant "pound"...

my plan of action on christmas is to go to my parents as normal as they too are on the SW plan and will therefore be cooking the SW way..
A cooked breakfast is allowed as long as you trim the fat off the backon and use all meat sausages ( no fat in them.. great.. )..
eggs are no problem and neither are mushrooms, tomatoes and beans..
hash browns also ok as long as they are made without any fat so breakfast is all good...

dinner is turkey ( skin removed ) and all the veg / roast taters..
only the gravy and stuffing need to be "synned"
