Strangeways brings back hanging

So for an offence which only carries a maximum sentence of 3 months, the judges saw fit to give you 4yrs for one and then another 4 yrs for the other?? Only question I can ask now is "Why didn't your solicitor put in appeals ?"
(or didn't he know the maximum sentence was only 3 months and thought you'd got off lightly?)

You may want to produce something to support your stupid claim that trespass carries upto 3 month in jail

If you can produce anything at all to suport it I will post a link to my conviction...

You simple? You provided a link to aggravated trespass, not trespass and I've said all along it was not aggravated trespass, it was trespass

So how do you get 3 months max in prison for a common law offence? There is only one law that allows for upto 5 years max for trespass.

The penalty for criminal trespass is up to 6 months in prison with up to a £5000 fine.

Trespass become criminal when aggravated.

Not that many will understand the act..
