What would happen in a true facist state to people who are permanently critical of their government and spent all their time online complaining about them?

It's more targetted than all or plenty of people. Take 2 subjects nationalism and ethnic aspects. Each can attract a number of people on there own both even more as they are related and humans have a tendency to be tribal. It's getting more sophistocated as time goes by. Take a recent US idea - media that tends to cause coloured people not to bother voting. It might only effect a few but influences the votes. Seems it's called targetting. An idea gained from advertising. If people watched enough C4 news they would have seen poly's being lectured on ways of using mass media.

You left out democratically elected.
All governments of all denominations share some features. But making that comparison is still taking it too far in my eyes. Like them or not, they were democratically elected and, with the current leader, will be democratically removed from office at the end of the fixed term parliament. Very different from Fascism.
