Maybe Eaton's tuck shop stocks strange substances. Those that dress up in an odd fashion and join a club must be bad news. Their general idea of fun can need a high level of financial backing.

I think De Lorean was set up.
He was in financial difficulties and was lured into a sting operation by the FBI.
The Labour government of the time poured money into what could have been a success story if it hadn't been for Deloreans greed in using company money to fund his jet set life style.
He based himself in New York instead of N. Ireland and would use Concorde to fly back and forward, he had a state of the art car plant built and Colin Chapman to design his cars but he threw it all away.
What exactly constitutes an informed electorate.?
The 'electorate' are just ordinary people who haven't time to go into every issue in depth, that is why they go by appearances, Boris comes across as a winner who will do things that the other politicians can't or won't do.
The fact that he lies and waffles just shows that he is no different from all the other politicians.
If politicians were held to account by journalists and the media wasn’t allowed to write endless propaganda we might have an informed electorate.
Johnson is not the same.
Actually I think Chapman did something of a redesign. Talk after the event when Thatcher put money in suggested that the US manufacturers had zero interest in his design ideas. I don't think this related to the general style of the car.
LOL. At 6f 3 I could sit in and drive a Lotus in comfort when Chapman ran them. No problem getting in and out either. I tried one in a showroom much later on - no chance.

Renowned as a pathological and unashamed liar, Boris's olympic standard lying had him sacked from two jobs and the laughing stock of the international community. Brexit - one of his biggest whoppers to date, is testimony to Tory acceptance of bullshizzle and lies.
