Tanker drivers have been holding Nigeria to ransom for years by causing fuel shortages. Seems the disease has now spread.
Wait a few years until we all need diesel for our generators and they go on strike.....

They don't deserve that size salary. They reason that they drive a huge bomb around? well how often do they blow up? i suspect they are very very safe vehicles... and if it's the close proximity to petrol that's the problem then what about the spotty kid selling me my paper and the dodgy flowers at the local servie station..... he sits on top of one for 8 hours every day !
so it's either value of cargo.... (see bus driver, car transporter driver, ambulance driver etc) or danger? (see soldier, sailor, pilot, policeman, fireman etc) or skill.... lol get lost !
The rest of us have been told to be restrained on our payrise expectations... why are these guys being so selfish? incidentally, i am a computer programmer ( years of training) and earn considerably less than these guys....

Joe i thought you tried to argue from a down to earth 'true' perspective.... so how can you generalise all GP's as "thick"?
