Bloody daft.
Cecill Beaton and Patrick Lichfield edited the Royals' photos since forever. This was only a quick snap, not an "official photograph".
It was a hamfisted edit which she didn't try to hide, she even left the exif data on it. One click would have removed it.
She's had major work done so may be looking under par but I doubt she transposed herself in from a different image, that would take a bit more skill.
