It's not about Mark Duggan, it's about the processes using modern technology which are impressive which can't be denied.
I saw that and wondered if the driver fired the fatal shot, why JFK's head would fall back and to the left, rather than just exploding over the boot of the car?

It will never be proven exactly what happened when Mark Duggan was shot. It was settled out of court thanks mainly to this 'evidence' & that is the end of the matter.
I've always known this but hopefully a few more are becoming aware, that the lines between the good guys & the bad guys are a little blurred.

It has always been so, it shouldn't come as a surprise.
Perhaps.
But the good guys probably had at least some intention of being good.
The bad guys? Only ever intended to do bad things.

That investigation did not take into account what, if any, verbal actions took place and were followed or not. Was Duggan running at the officer for example

I think the moral of the story is don't get out of a vehicle with your hands in pockets when faced with armed officers in the Line of Duty.
Was it in the police witnesses testimony that he run at the officer. I thought it was about running through the scenarios of what could be the case what happened on the day.
Whatever was the case it ended up getting settled out of court which leads you to believe everything was not as it seems initially.

Nor was there any consideration of whether he was likely to be carrying a second gun (they already knew he had collected at least one, which is why he was followed in the first place).
